About this item
A ready-assorted platter built around whole cooked snow crab, with fresh clams and cubed deep-sea fish completing the mix. Everything is steamed and blast-frozen at sea, so the crab meat stays stringy and sweet while the clams are purged clean of sand. Thaw and serve on ice, or simmer the lot into a rich broth. Having crab, clams and fish in one pack means a seafood course or a hot pot base needs no extra shopping.
